How Zeeshan Ahmed Sir Experience in Competitive Exam Education Led to the Creation of Zircon Program of Achievement
Zeeshan Ahmed Sir spent several years teaching in Kota's competitive-exam ecosystem, working with students preparing for some of India's most demanding entrance examinations, including IIT-JEE and NEET. His experience across established coaching institutes gave him a close understanding of what serious academic preparation requires—and what many students still struggle to access. Over the years, he noticed that many capable students from Bihar and surrounding communities lacked the right combination of specialised guidance, academic exposure, mentorship and a disciplined environment close to home. He began to believe that taleem should not only build knowledge, but also shape kirdar, discipline and shaoour.
For Zeeshan,Sir the answer was not simply another coaching centre. He envisioned an environment where students could pursue academic excellence without losing the adab, values and tarbiyat that shape them at home. The idea was to create a learning environment where rigorous competitive-exam preparation could exist alongside akhlaq, respect, personal responsibility and purposeful living.
Patna became an important part of this vision. Students from Bihar often travel far from home to access specialised preparation for IIT-JEE and NEET. Zeeshan Sir wanted to bring serious competitive-exam preparation closer to students and families in the region—reducing the distance between quality academic guidance and the support system of home. The goal was to build an environment where students could study seriously while families could feel more connected to their educational journey.
That vision became Zircon Program of Achievement, an initiative built around academic preparation, discipline, Tarbiyah, and purposeful growth for students who want excellence with values.
